The persecutors

The persecutors
richly deserve to be punished in the Fire of Hell. That punishment will be far
more real and lasting than the undeserved cruelty which they inflicted on people
for their faith in God. This is a typical saga of tyranny and aggression against
the innocent. Since the creation of man, the struggle between good and evil became inherent in our mankind. |

This may refer to further punishment in this life besides the Penalty of Hell, a Fire burning in their hearts for their sins and ill deeds, for their jeolousy and hatred. | |

The salvation here is the felicity, happiness, achievement, the attainment or fulfilment of desires. What a beautiful definition of salvation that is the winning of God's good pleasure in the eternal life. A great reward for those righteous Christians who died in cruelty, for no guilt, but for their true faith. |
