Qur'anic verses - The Miracles:

The first of Jesus' miracles was when God strengthened him with the Holy Spirit, so that he could speak to the people in childhood, in the cradle.

Note how the words "by My leave" are repeated with each miracle to emphasize the fact that they arose, not out of the power or the will of Jesus, but by the leave and will and power of God.

All these miracles would not satisfy the Children of Israel or halt their violence to Jesus, peace be upon him. And the unbelievers among them said: "This is nothing but evident magic." According to the Bible, Luke 11:14-15, some Jews did not believe Jesus and accused him of black magic.
