Qur'anic verses - Glad tidings of Ahmed:

According to the Bible, Matthew (22:43), Jesus warned the Children of Israel that the Kingdom of God will be taken away from them and given to people who will produce its fruit. Further, he delivered the glad tidings of the coming apostle, referring to Muhammad, peace be upon him.

The Children of Israel would not listen to Jesus' warning, instead they attempted to arrest him (Matthew 22:45-46).
