Qur'anic verses - The Right to freedom of belief:

Compulsion is incompatible with religion since religion depends on faith and will, and these would be meaningless if induced by force.

Islam grants the religious rights for minorities:

Unto you your religion, and unto me my religion.
[Qur'an 109:6]

According to Article 19 of Universal Declaration of Human Rights, resolution 217 A (III) of 10 December 1948:

[Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.]

On December 10, 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
