Qur'anic verses - Rights to Equality:

All mankind descended literally from one parent. Thus, the unity of mankind is based on the belief in the Oneness of God, the Creator of the human race. He is the Lord over all human beings regardless of their colour, race, or beliefs. All humanity is entitled to share essential resources:
It is He Who has made the earth manageable for you, so traverse ye through its tracts
and enjoy of the Sustenance which He furnishes.
[Qur'an 67:15]
According to Article 2 of Universal Declaration of Human Rights, resolution 217 A (III) of 10 December 1948:
[Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.]
On December 10, 1948 the General Assembly of the United Nations adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
